WISE CAMPUS Asia-AIMS
The WISE CAMPUS-Asia AIMS Program is built upon an integrated support framework that encompasses academic assistance, daily life support, cultural adaptation, and safety management for all incoming exchange students.
Youngsan University provides a structured and welcoming environment from the moment students arrive. Support begins with pre-arrival enrollment assistance, housing arrangements, and life guidance, and continues throughout the stay with a comprehensive orientation program, a 1:1 Buddy Program, faculty mentoring, intensive Korean language education, and cultural immersion activities. These initiatives are designed to ensure incoming students achieve stable and confident academic adaptation in alignment with YsU's regular curriculum.
To deliver this support effectively, YsU coordinates the collaborative efforts of the Korean Language Education Center, the THE Center, the University Headquarters, and all relevant administrative departments, creating an organically connected system that addresses language and cultural adaptation, dormitory and lifestyle counseling, student welfare, and curriculum management in a unified manner.
Daily life support covers all essential aspects of student life abroad, including visa processing, housing, insurance, counseling, dormitory services, and safety management. In line with the core principles of the AIMS Master Plan, YsU designates dedicated staff for each of these areas and fosters an inclusive campus environment that respects the cultural, religious, and lifestyle diversity of all incoming students.
