Hello!
I would like to warmly welcome you to the Office of the Global Affairs at Y’sU(Youngsan University)
In order to respond to the dynamic role of higher education in a global era, our university has made steady progress in accomplishing its goals for internationalization. At home we have developed high quality academic programs that increase students’ global competencies; abroad we have actively set up and participated in exchange programs at partner institutions around the world.
There are other ways that Y’sU has been focusing on student success. In all fields of study, we have placed heavy emphasis on practical applications so that students will have increased chances for employment and social advancement after graduation. In addition, the university has developed English-language programs in global education to respond to changes in worldwide learning opportunities. Specifically keeping in mind the unique needs of international students, we have also established support systems for smooth transitions and thriving university school lives. As a result of these efforts, we are proud to have foreign students represent 10% of our student body.
The Y’sU Office of the Global Affairs endeavors to create a campus where people from many cultures live, study, work, and play together in the spirit of fostering global citizenship.
